Our services is an online retail service for sale of personal & pet products. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.

You may create an account to access certain features of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bestinshowbrowbands.com.au shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services or products you have purchased.

You agree to indemnify and hold bestinshowbrowbands.com.au, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services & products.

8. Return & Refund Policy
Bestinshowbrowbands.com.au Will accept returns on non sale items, if a product is deemed unusable upon receipt. Returns must be received back within 7 days of notification. The item value will be refunded upon return providing it is returned in its original condition and packaging. Postage both ways will be at the consumers expense. Returns can not be accepted on customised products. Returns will not be accepted if you change your mind or select the wrong size.
Please note that these are a fragile product and general wear & tear is not considered unusable.

9. Shipping Policy
Orders will be posted out through Australia Post as soon as possible. We only use express post for the best safety of your browbands. The postage prices include packaging & handling. Please allow a few days for your order to be processed. If you need something posted immediately please leave a comment in notes at checkout. Tracking numbers will be provided. Missing items will need to be followed up through the postal service. If your products have been damaged during transit we need to be notified on receipt.

10. Payment Information
All purchases through our website are processed by third parties. Bestinshowbrowbands.com.au does not store or handle any of your credit card details. You are not required to be a member of any platform to make purchases through their service.
We choose to use these services as the securest option for our consumers.

11. Colours & Sizing
Colours may vary from what is pictured. We try to represent the true colour as close as possible. Rosette sizing will be made at current sizing. If you need custom rosette sizing please mention this during your custom order quotation. 

12. Care Policy
For all Browbands we recommend they are stored in a dry cool place, out of heat and avoid heavy rainfall. Overheated or wet browbands will allow the glue to detach.
Storage on the bridle is also preferred. Flexing to flat may also break the glues.
Any damage to the Browbands during wear is the consumers responsibility however we are more then happy to try and assist to fix them. 

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Australian Consumer Laws without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
